Dr. Christopher Marsh (Ph.D., University of Connecticut, 1998), is director of the Department of Strategic Research and Analysis. His research focuses on Russian security and defense issues, including Russia's Special Operations Forces and irregular warfare. He is currently writing his 6th book, Russia's Special Way of War: Special Operations, Irregular Warfare, and the Grey Zone.
