I am a veteran of over 25 years of active and reserve service in the US Army, with over 20 years in the Psychological Operations Regiment. I've served in a variety of command and staff positions with major assignments including commander, 312th PSYOP Company, aide-de-camp to the CG, 350th Civil Affairs Command, Policy Officer USSOCOM, IO Branch Chief (Levant) at USCENTCOM, and Commander, 14th Psychological Operations Battalion (USAR). Currently a Colonel in the US Army Reserve, serving as the SOCOM, Deputy J-7. I'm a fluent Spanish speaker and hold degrees in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, a Master of Science in International Relations from Troy University, and a Doctor in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
