Special Operations Support Team - Virtual
Description
This virtual course is conducted synchronously over a three-day period via Secure Video-teleconferencing (SVTCs) to various out-stations where the students are located. The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Staff Education Program (USEP)-National focuses on USSOCOM's Title 10 and combatant command responsibilities as well as its unique service-like and major force program functions unique to the National Capital Region (NCR). This is a USSOCOM Chief of Staff-directed course designed for newly assigned military and government civilians to the USSOCOM Headquarters with duty in the NCR. Audience
All newly assigned military and government employees to USSOCOM headquarters with duty in the NCR.
Remarks
All USSOCOM personnel must have completed in-processing, possess a USSOCOM security badge at secret or above level, and have a USSOCOM SIPR LAN account.
Materials
There are no required texts or materials for this course. Students must have access to a SVTC terminal.
Accreditation
JSOU is currently an accredited educational institution accredited through the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education & Training (ACCET) - a national accrediting agency recognized by the Department of Education. This course has been reviewed and accredited.
